We provide a range of custom printing services including business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, stickers, shopping bags, and more.
All products are made to order and designed based on the specifications provided by the customer. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicious transactions.
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
We aim to process and deliver your order within the stated time frame. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as courier issues or supplier delays) may occur. We are not liable for any delays that are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or reprints will only be provided in cases of:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect printing not caused by user input
Damage during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt)
Customers must provide proof and contact us immediately via info@dubaiprinting.com.
6. Content Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the content submitted for printing. We do not proofread or make changes unless expressly requested.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and logos is the property of Dubai Printing and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dubai Printing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

CMYK COLORS: The artwork file saved in CMYK colors is the right format, like when printing on paper that is occurred through the combination of 4 colors inks, which are: CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black).
NO RGB COLORS: The RGB colors (essentially used for Monitors, TV Screens and Phones) in the artwork file are considered not suitable for printing, Ensure that your data is created or converted to CMYK, not to RGB, Otherwise, we will change to CMYK colors, In such a condition, colors may appear different.
PANTONE SUPPORT: We print Pantone colors, If your artwork has Pantone colors, you must contact with customer services, If above is disregarded, than Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK colors. In such case, expect a color shift in printing.
PDF FILE FORMAT: PDF artwork file format is recommended, and ensure that the font type does not change, Convert all text to outline.
